FAQ's

Can I take my vehicle to France and Spain for a holiday?

Yes,
but please ensure that you advise us so that we can inform your
insurer and issue you with the relevant papers. An additional charge
may be applied.

I have comprehensive cover on my van; does this mean that I can drive any other vehicle?

No, the vast majority of commercial vehicle policies do not include cover to drive other vehicles, irrespective of whether or not you have comprehensive cover. You should always check your certificate of insurance or, if in doubt, ask us for advice.

I have just moved to the UK and have a foreign no claims bonus (NCB); can you insure me and can I use my NCB in the UK?

Whilst we are able to insure drivers who have just moved to the UK, and have policies available which accept foreign NCB, it does depend on where they are from and the language they are in. If the NCB is not in English, it may also be possible to have them translated for you.
