How many drivers can I have on a taxi insurance policy?
Taxi insurance is just like motor insurance, in that you can insure the policyholder only, named drivers or any driver. However, if you restrict who can drive the vehicle, you will save money.
Can I have more than one vehicle on a taxi insurance policy?
Yes, we can arrange cover for just one vehicle, a mini fleet (for three or more vehicles) or a large fleet.
Does my taxi policy cover me for social use?
Yes, provided your local council confirms that it is acceptable to do so.
I do contract work and my local council requires me to have liability cover – is this included in my taxi insurance?
Not all insurance companies include public liability cover as standard, but we can certainly provide you with a separate policy.
