Coversure Insurance Services have several courier and haulier insurance packages available at very competitive prices.

Our packages include van insurance or commercial vehicle insurance cover, and also public liability cover and goods in transit insurance for a very wide variety of goods, so regardless of what you carry we can provide cover for your individual needs.

If you have three or more vehicles, a fleet policy gives you flexibility and could give further savings. Also, if you have additional drivers, we can provide public and employers' liability insurance on either a per capita or turnover basis.

European cover is available too for all aspects of Courier and Haulier Insurance, for your vehicles, or if you need RHA cover or similar for your goods, or liability across Europe (or even further), then we have the policy for you.

FAQ's

Can I have any driver for Haulage or Courier?

Yes, we can cover Haulage and Courier use for any driver any age, or for any driver over 25. However, this will generally be more expensive than naming the drivers.

Can I add drivers to my courier policy throughout the year as I may need them to do my courier round if I am ill or on holiday?

All of our courier policies allow you to add drivers throughout the policy’s term, but restrictions may apply to both the number and criteria (e.g. age) of drivers to be added.

As I drop off parcels, do I need to take the keys out of my van or can I leave it running?

Almost all motor policies include a clause that excludes cover for theft if the ignition keys were left ‘in or on the vehicle’, although the precise wording and scope of the clause can vary.
